What you will do
To handle enquiries with high quality services via the enquiry hotline, social media platforms and instant messaging platforms
To match the company’s services with customers’ needs by identifying opportunities and introducing corresponding solutions and/or information
To act as a brand ambassador who maintains a cordial relationship with existing, new, and future customers.
To involve in customer experience (CX) management, including handling complaints, monitoring CX ratings and enquiry follow-ups, and enhancing CX, with the aim to achieve total customer satisfaction.
To be responsible for the maintenance of the CRM system, such as record updating and data retrieving
Requirements
Diploma or above in Business, Marketing or relevant disciplines. Secondary school graduate with a pass in 5 subjects for HKCEE /HKDSE and with customer service/sales experience will also be considered
2 years or above in the customer servicing field is preferred
Strong customer-centric and business mindset with the commitment to and passion for serving
Good telephone manners with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented to perform accurate database maintenance
Good command of Cantonese and English. Fluency in Putonghua is a plus.
Proficient in PC operation and Chinese word processing
Willing to perform shift duty (from Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays, between 10:00 to 19:00) is a plus but not a must.
