Job Descriptions:
To assist the Reception Manager to lead the Guest Services Agent team at the front desk counter to ensure smooth daily operation

Process reception, cashier, on day reservations and in-house room guests reservations matters according to the hotel policies and precedures
To maintain high standard of services to guests
Response to guests' inquires in a professional manner
Maximize the hotel revenues by applying front desk upselling techniques upon guest registration and promote hotel F&B outlets and hotel facilities whenever possible
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma holder in Hotel or Tourism Management
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in Front Office, 1 year of which is in supervisory level
Good knowledge in Opera operation will be an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
