Job Responsibilities:
· Conduct order management and after sales service
· Handle B2B & B2C customer service enquiries
· Coordinate with various parties to ensure customers’ requirement are met
Job Requirements:
· Higher Diploma or above
· 2 years’ experience in Customer Service is preferred
· Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
